It is the can with Yellow paint on the screw. If you pull it out of an old transistor, it is tuned!

L9 is Quadrature detector coil.
In the data provided,it is directed to use 'Standard 455khz coil'

is this the same IF coils used in old transistor radios?
Yellow,Green and White..Which one should i use??
