Hi Brian,
The original Bingo transceiver used a PTO for its VFO, so you should have more informations around it.
Reading the Bingo documentation is a pain however, and it is written in french (well some kind of french).
Lately F6BCU "invented" the Si570 and dropped the PTO thing.
