I have one like these. It has no filter! Output is full of spurs and harmonics. Has two FETs for the finals.
There are some making solid state linear in China mainly for CB, but i found one which states HF. Looks similar to the RM series of amps.

About the amp, the models are HF2000DX, HF2010DX, AND HF2011DX-A. The specs are almost the same with OM series (please check out the website: http://www.om-power.com/ for more information). HF2000DX=OM 2500HF, HF2011DX-A= OM2500A, The price is about 20K RMB (HF2000DX) and 30K RMB (HF2011DX-A), HF2010DX = HF2000DX + a 4 line antenna switch, I'm not clear about the price for that, maybe it's around 1K - 2K more than HF2000DX. Currently the exchange rate for RMB/USD is about 1usd = 6.35 RMB. So I think you can get the rough idea about these amplifiers now.
But I don't know whether they can ship it to you country or not, and also have no idea about the shipping cost...
