Dear Kishore,
 
 Pls use AD9833 , a very low cost DDS IC ( Farnell sells for Rs.560=00) and if you donot need a freq. display then any small microcontroller would interface with that IC. Only three lines to be connected, you see. Something like a Rs65=00 IC,16F628 would not only drive the DDS but also can drive a LCD Display! For some details you could visit our Blog:

 Suggest running the DDS with 25MHz Cystal clock. And 16F628 can run on its own internal clock,

hello group,
i have recently joined this group for i have liking for homebrewing. however i have been trying hard to make a 7mhz vfo whose output rf voltage should be more than 0.7 volts.
can any group member help me with such vfo circuits?
