Dear Kishore, Pls use AD9833 , a very low cost DDS IC ( Farnell sells for Rs.560=00) and if you donot need a freq. display then any small microcontroller would interface with that IC. Only three lines to be connected, you see. Something like a Rs65=00 IC,16F628 would not only drive the DDS but also can drive a LCD Display! For some details you could visit our Blog: http://hamrmipl.blogspot.com/ and we have put a picture or two of the experiment. Suggest running the DDS with 25MHz Cystal clock.
