[HamBrewers] recommendation for Best compiler for turningC code to hex

 

Hi all,

I'm a noob when it comes to C and converting code to hex so could someone kindly help me out by recommending the best noob-user friendly compilers out there that wouldn't cost me a leg or arm. Thanks.
