I smell a QROO linear being brewed ;-). Please check the various amp [bias control, metering and protection] board which also include this feature you are requesting to control the blowers using microcontrollers. There are 3 amp mailing list from which you can digout stuff

I am searching for a power-off delay circuit that works as follows

1. Switch-on activates the equipment and a fan

2. Switch-off switches off the equipment

3. Fan remains on for 2-5 minutes (configurable??)

Used for AC mains (230VAC), switch will be the usual on/off electrical power switch.
