[HamBrewers] Help: ATMEL Flash ROM needed

 

Hi,

Looking for 3 or 4 of these devices, if any one has it pls let me know off-line. If  there is a pin compatible equivalent device, pls suggest.

This device is used in Trunked Radios and stores the operational parameters like the freq table, power levels programmed etc..
