Hi Ravi,

I had the same problem but reversed.
When the potentiometers axis is in plastic, it is easier to "reduce" it with a paper cutter.
Enlarging the hole is hard to do properly... Do it with a smaller bit and try to enlarge it few by few like with a dremmel...
