as per suggestion from RAJ we will go for TDA2822 as final audio output stage.
MC3357, MC3359 ......... and going
MC3362 is Discontinued/Obsolete not be used for regular project.
as per suggestion from Rahul VU3WJM we will go for MC13135 as RX stage.
I prefer this chip bacause " Complete Dual Conversion FM Receiver – Antenna to Audio Output"
A very simple circuit.
for front end stage I prefer dual gate mosfet BF998 (the only drawback with this device is SMD package to assemble)
although Low noise E-PHEMT,GaAsFET can be Used, considering cost and static handling we will go for BF998
plus
This transistors are protected against excessive input voltage surges by integrated back-to-back diodes between gates and source.
A good choice.
